Complete your Phreesia text/email before your appointment!

How do I transfer my care to your office?

The most efficient + quickest way to transfer your care, would be to download this record release form and take it to, or fax it to your current provider! This saves you a few steps and phone calls, so that we can get you seen and treated as quickly as possible. Our goal is to make it as convenient for you as we can.

Can I get a same-day appointment?

Depending on the situation, same day appointments are always available. Dr. King and Angela are in the office Monday through Thursday to be of service when they are needed. If you are unsure if the appointment is necessary, give us a call and the girls up front would love to direct you!

How long will my visit take?

Dr. King's goal is to make your visit as comfortable and convenient as possible. Our paperwork is electronic and comes through the day before your visit as a text message. We do this to cut down on your wait time, and to have a clear picture of your gynecologic history before you even arrive. We hope to get you back to your busy day shortly after your scheduled appointment time.

I just found out I am pregnant, now what?

After your positive home pregnancy test, you will want to call the office and get in to establish your prenatal care! It is important to know the date of your last menstrual period so that we may get you into the office as soon as possible. We will draw blood on your first visit and get you scheduled for a ultrasound. Our office has two ultrasound technicians making it easy convenient for our patients, all in one place.
